Donald Trump claims he was just joking about Obama founding ISIS.

Donald Trump once again has to back off comments he made to the media. On Friday, Trump said he was just Kidding. On Wed in Florida Trump told the crowd : "ISIS is honoring President Obama. He is the founder of ISIS. He is founder of ISIS OK. He's is the founder. He also said that Clinton was the crooked co founder.
Once again the Republican spokesmen had to jump to his aid and salvage whats left of there nominees campaign by jumping on air immediately and stating that his comment is a  legitimate political commentary
